Ali J. Chamkha is a Distinguished Professor of Mechanical Engineering and Dean of Engineering at Kuwait College of Science and Technology. With a Ph.D. from Tennessee Technological University (USA), his research focuses on multiphase fluid-particle dynamics, nanofluids, heat/mass transfer, and magnetohydrodynamics. He has authored over 1,270 publications and holds an h-index of 147 with 69,000+ citations. Recognized as a Top 2% global scientist (Stanford University, 2020–2024), he is Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Nanofluids and serves on editorial boards for multiple international journals.

Miloud Zellouf is a Associate Professor at  University of Biskra, specialized in theoritical and applied mechanics, specific field is stability, instability and turbulence, known for interested in the popularization of science, research in the history of mechanics, the history of science and art in general, as well as dialectical approaches to science and religion. His interdisciplinary approach integrates applied mathematics with engineering challenges, you activities in these various research areas have been appreciated by publishing dozens of research papers and participating in dozens of national and international conferences. Collaborations with his collegue Dr. Kamel Aoues establishing and organizing the Arab Conference on Mechanics and Engineering (ARCME), underscores his commitment to advancing research in mechanics and engineering, with research on old racines of arabic mechanics and fostering writing the modern research in arabic languge.
