On-site
Oral Presentation Guidelines
|
To ensure smooth and effective
sessions during CMEME 2025, all on-site oral presenters are
requested to carefully follow the guidelines below:
1. Presentation Duration (15
minutes): 10-12 minutes presentation + 3-5 minutes Q&A
2. Presentation Format: PowerPoint
(.ppt/.pptx) or PDF format.
3. Presentation langue: English,
Arab, French.
4. Technical considerations:
-
- To avoid any technical issues,
presenters are invited to send their presentation files
by email in advance to the CMEME 2025 address:
cmeme@univ-biskra.dz. Please use the subject line:
"CMEME2025 - Oral Presentation - Your Name and
paper ID"

Presenters are also advised to bring a backup copy of
their presentation on a USB flash drive. Alternatively,
presenters may use their own laptop (HDMI-compatible).
Please test your setup during the break before your
session.

On-site
Poster Presentation Guidelines
|
To ensure smooth and effective
sessions during CMEME 2025, all on-site poster presenters
are requested to carefully follow the guidelines below:
1. Poster Dimensions: Posters should
be A1 or A0 size (portrait orientation). Please include
your Paper ID, title, presenter’s name, and affiliation
clearly.
2. Language: English.
3. Poster Format and Content: Make
sure your content is clear, concise, and visually engaging.

Posters should include: Title, authors, and affiliations;
Introduction / Objectives; Methods; Results (figures/
tables); Conclusion; References (if applicable) and
acknowledgements
4. Printing and Bringing Your Poster:
Posters must be printed previousely by the authors and
brought directly to the venue.
5. Poster Mounting and Removal:

- Poster boards and mounting
materials (e.g., pins or adhesive) will be provided.
- Posters must be mounted on the
day of your session, before the session starts.

Posters must be removed at the end of the session. The
organizers are not responsible for unclaimed posters.

6. 6. Presence During the Session:
The author must be present at the poster during the
assigned session to discuss the work and answer questions.

Online
Oral Presentation Guidelines
|
Google meet will be used for all
online oral presentations. The Google Meet link of each
online session will be emailed by the organizers to all the
participants before the online session scheduling date.
Online Oral Presentation Guidelines
are given in the following notes:
1. Pre-recorded Presentation
(Required)
-
- Prepare your presentation using
PowerPoint (with audio) or any other tool as mp4 file
for example.
- Include your Paper ID, title,
presenter’s name, and affiliation clearly.
- Presentation Duration 10
minutes (including video + Q&A)
- Presentation langue: English.
- Save/export it as an online
oral presentation file.
- Upload your video to your
Google Drive.

Share the Google Drive file with a viewing link (anyone
with the link can view). This link should be sent in
the Online Oral Registration Form. The link of the
Online Oral Registration Form is communicated to you
with the official acceptance letter, sent by the CMEME
2025 organizers.

2. . Participation Fee Payment:

- Each participant must pay the
registration fee to the account communicated to you
with the official acceptance letter, sent by the CMEME
2025 organizers.

After payment, scan or take a clear photo of the
payment receipt.

3. Submission of the Online Oral
Registration Form

- Ensure that the following
elements are prepared before completing the Online Oral
Registration Form communicated to you with the official
acceptance letter, sent by the CMEME 2025 organizers:
(i) Google Drive link for your
Pre-recorded presentation (ppt or mp4 file) created
previously by yourself using your google account.
(ii) Google Drive link of the
payment receipt; must be available in PDF or a standard
image format.

Registration Form with your Online Presentation

4. Presentation of the pre-recorded
talk and live Q&A.via Google Meet:

- Check your time slot in the
program (GMT+1)
- Join the session 10 minutes
early
- You will not present your video
live; the pre-recorded talk will be played by the
organizers.

All online presenters must attend the live session on
Google Meet for Q&A and interaction.

5. Presentation Certificate: An
electronic certificate will be sent to you after your
confirmed participation in the live discussion.

Online
Poster Presentation Guidelines
|
Google meet will be used for all
Online Poster Presentations. The Google Meet link created
by each participant will be communicated by the organizers
to all online session participants. Interested participants
will join the Poster presenter according to the schedule of
the online poster session by using the Google meet link.
To ensure smooth online poster
sessions during CMEME2025, please follow the instructions
below:
1. Poster Preparation:

- Prepare your poster as a ppt,
PDF or high-resolution image.
- The poster can be designed
using any software (PowerPoint, Illustrator, Canva,
etc.).
- Include your Paper ID, title,
presenter’s name, and affiliation clearly.
- Presentation langue: English.
- Upload your presentation file
to your Google Drive.

Share the Google Drive file with a viewing link (anyone

Online Poster Registration Form. The link of the Online

Submission

Full
paper submission Guidelines
Submitted papers must meet the following conditions:
1.
Original
Work Only – Manuscripts must be original and unpublished.
2.
No
Simultaneous Submissions – Do not submit the same paper
to other journals or conferences.
3.
Methodological
Transparency – Clearly disclose data sources and methods
used.
4.
Conflict
of Interest – Authors must declare any potential
conflicts.
5.
Proper
Referencing – All sources must be cited appropriately.
6.
Ethical
Compliance – No plagiarism or data manipulation.
7.
Authorship
Accuracy – All contributors must be listed as co-authors.
8.
Publication
Consent – A selection of Accepted papers may be published
in our partner Journals and all Accepted papers will be
published in conference proceedings.
