For scientific exchange and international universities academic cooperation and in partnership and cooperation agreement, Biskra University received on 21 October 2024, Pr. Slimane Toufik, representative of the Irish Limerick University, with attending university
officials and students. This visit is to strengthen partnership and cooperation.

The Vice-Rector in charge of External Relations, Pr. Ounis Safieddine, expressed his gratitude for the opportunity to enhance the prospects of partnership particularly through academic cooperation in joint Masters in Chemistry and English. Then, Pr Slimane Toufik presented Limerick
University with its various disciplines, and its main academic exchange and cooperation projects and programmes, such as the ERASMUS+ programme.

This meeting opened doors for discussion among university guests to clarify many aspects of knowledge to benefit from various future partnerships and scientific opportunities.
