The Vice-Rectorate for External Relations, Cooperation, Outreach, Communication, and Scientific Events is responsible for

1. Promote the university’s relations with its socio-economic environment and initiate partnership programs
2. Initiate actions to foster inter-university exchanges and cooperation in the fields of teaching and research
3. Carry out outreach and communication activities
4. Organize and promote scientific events
5. Ensure the follow-up of teacher training and development programs, ensuring their coherence.
