On the morning of Tuesday, November 5, 2024, the Director of Biskra University, Professor Mahmoud Dababesh, welcomed a delegation of professors from the Mechanics and Irrigation Departments of Ruse University in Bulgaria. The reception, held in the university’s honorary hall, was attended by the Secretary-General of the university, vice-directors, and project coordinators, as part of the Erasmus+ KA171 cooperation and academic exchange projects and programs.

During the reception, the Director emphasized the importance of this visit, which aligns with ongoing efforts to strengthen areas of mutual cooperation between Mohamed Khider University and international universities, and to prepare for the establishment of training programs at the Bachelor’s and Master’s levels
